This position will be responsible for the forecasting and collaborative demand planning process for the Global Lithium Division. The Demand Planner assembles and assesses key inputs (sales history and trends, open orders, sales and marketing estimates, previous forecasts, new product launches, risks and opportunities) and performs statistical analysis to develop an accurate operational demand plan that ensures high service levels and efficient inventory management. This position will actively participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the Demand Planning tool.
The Global Demand Planner works with cross-functional teams on projects such as new product introductions and production discontinuations. This position supports the implementation of demand planning projects, specifically to address forecast accuracy improvements, bias reduction, and use of statistical forecasts where appropriate. This position will also be responsible for overall Global Supply Chain and S&OP analysis, reporting, and project support in both demand planning and supply planning areas.
BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field.
