Responsibilities

We are looking for an HR Intern to work on our Global Talent Management team. The focus areas include Co-op program management, on-boarding and providing general HR project support. This is a great opportunity to get exposed to a vibrant organization and to get relevant experience in several key areas of HR.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Co-op Program Management and Talent Acquisition

    • Manage the co-op posting process with Drexel University; from role descriptions, to posting positions and reviewing resumes with hiring managers.
    • Facilitate the interview process with hiring managers, HR and Drexel University.
    • Responsible for managing and leading all logistics associated with the co-op program; setting up lunch & learns, site visits, and managing all event coordination and communication.
    • Create offer letters, and assist in on-boarding of all co-ops students
    • Continue building FMC’s brand at Drexel University, reaching out to build our pipeline for diversity hires.
    • Assists in activities related to the entry-level engineering program.

HR Project Support

    • Will work with the Talent Management team on projects that serve an organizational need to various client groups

Required Education

  • Working towards completion of a Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related degree
  • Have a strong interest in talent acquisition and program management
  • Self-starter, with a drive for results
  • Collaborative with excellent written and oral communication skills
