Company Overview

FMC Corporation is a leading specialty company focused on agricultural and lithium technologies. We are proud that our products help grow the world's food, improve health and contribute to a more sustainable energy supply.

FMC is a globally diverse organization that offers its employees exciting opportunities to work on challenging projects that are important to the achievement of our strategic objectives. Your education and professional experience are valued and put to use from day one. Your success at completing key initiatives can result in a varied, progressive and fulfilling career with FMC.

With a corporate culture of innovation, integrity, responsibility and customer intimacy, we foster “The Right Chemistry” in everything we do. We are looking for people to join us in creating, developing, and improving our products, our processes, and our markets.  If you are ready to make a difference every day, FMC is ready to talk to you.

Based at the FMC Tower (global headquarters in Philadelphia), this position is responsible for the Procurement of IT categories. This includes IT services, telecom, hardware and software and will report into the Director Procurement, R&D and Professional Services. This position acts as a partner to both IT and the business in identifying and managing sourcing needs, developing relationships with suppliers and maintaining subject matter expertise in relevant categories to bring innovative procurement solutions at the highest value and total lowest cost to FMC.

FMC recently underwent a major acquisition and divesture and will continue to grow. These changes, as well as our Business Process Modernization effort enabled by SAP S/4HANA, have led to an extremely high volume of IT projects which require strong and effective management.

FMC is a fast paced, agile and fun environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, problem-solver, hardworking personality who is personable and kind. Additionally, we are looking for a candidate with the varied experience to help ensure success. The IT Procurement category is broad, and we need someone who can do it all: services, hardware, software, telecom etc. The IT sourcing manager must be looking to learn and have the desire to expand their scope of knowledge. Finally, standout candidates will be able to adapt to change and be open to challenging their comfort zone.
