China-based legal counsel of FMC Corporate Law Department, with primary focus on China, Korea, and Japan. Looking for a savvy business partner that can provide both practical and strategic advice on the legal, regulatory, and business environments applicable to a large, multi-national crop protection company. The successful candidate for this role will have demonstrated self-leadership and initiative, the ability to work independently and in support of senior business leaders, and clear communication skills with business leaders and lawyers across Asia Pacific and in the United States on significant, and often time-sensitive, matters.
