Responsible for the execution of large scale site strategic capital projects, including start up and shut down of plant operations, decontamination and demolition. Responsible for developing strategic capital project proposals and plans to determine timeframe, procedures, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project. Coordinate and oversee safe engineering/manufacturing and other cross functional teams. Ensure Lithium Division capital, improvement and decommissioning projects are consistent with current understanding of best practices. Integrate with key Technical Experts, the operating plants, and contracted Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) teams to ensure the company achieves safe, on time, and on budget execution of key growth projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering plus 5 years of experience as Plant Production/Process Engineer for Chemical Plant.
