The HRIS Specialist II role has the main responsibility for all data and processes into the HRIS SAP system for both Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM). This includes entering, maintaining and continuously improving the data processes. This role also includes the process coordination related to expat administration, such as visa documentation and HRIS setup. Additional responsibilities include projects, testing, support for system interfaces and understanding of technical integration with to other system (i.e. Success Factors, SailPoint, Finance).
Expertise in processes, data analysis and technical understanding to resolve issues, ensure data integrity, integration, accuracy and efficiency. Extensive knowledge of HRIS SAP and Success Factors. Experience in expat administration. Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills. Ability to learn and work with very limited information and direction. Takes initiative in identifying and leading process improvements. Uses skills and competencies to complete highly complex tasks while collaborating with IT and HR.
Lead efforts for system changes and testing, including requirement gathering and test scripts
Identify process improvements, implement changes, and document procedures
Coordination for expat administration
Work with IT to resolve system issues
Collaborate with colleagues on various projects and initiatives
Prepare and conduct end user training
Liaise between HR and payroll to resolve employee issues
Assists and partners with all areas within HR for streamlined end to end processing
Monitor system interfaces and resolve discrepancies
