    We are seeking an energetic, detail oriented individual as an Human Resource Intern to work collaboratively in our Corporate Human Resources dynamic team.  The focus areas include HR administration, recruiting coordination, onboarding and providing general HR project support. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a vibrant organization and obtain relevant experience in several key areas of HR.




    • Employee data and record maintenance, including data integrity, report writing, troubleshooting
    • Assisting corporate employees and managers in the web interface Self Service.
    • Preparing standardized reports, maintaining confidential records, and disseminating information to corporate clients following established procedures.
    • Tracking and maintaining performance appraisals.
    • Handling a variety of administrative duties for the HR leaders and staff including calendaring, creating PowerPoint presentations, mail.
    • Edit and compose internal offer letters, employment verifications, spreadsheets and memos
    • HR Database utilization including but not limited to data input, searching and running reports
    • Handle planning and preparation for meetings/conferences and conference calls, both on-site and off-site.
    • Coordinating the internal and external recruitment processes for the corporate Staff openings.
    • Scheduling and coordinating interviews for job candidates including coordinating travel arrangements, escorting them to interviews and processing candidates' expenses for reimbursement.

    Required Education

    The successful selected candidate will have successfully completed a minimum of 2 years of college education in Human Resources or related academic field.



    Technical and computer skills, including good working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, graphs, charts), Word, and PowerPoint.


    • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
    • The ability to work independently, with strong initiative, follow-through, organizational and interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of employees and maintain confidentiality.
    • An approachable demeanor and a service orientation;
    • Ability to problem-solve
    • Comfortable working with all levels of the organization inclusive of Executive Management.
    • A detail, deliverable mindset with the ability to integrate information to accurately understand and apply it to an overall procedure and / or process.
