    This opportunity involves providing program support and coordination to the global Sustainability group within FMC. A successful candidate will work with the Sustainability Engineer and Sustainability Analyst across multiple projects in sustainability to assist with FMC’s data management process and support communicating our sustainability programs. Projects include: integrating innovation, operation and business practice data from newly acquired manufacturing sites into FMC’s data collection process, working across multiple businesses and functions to communicate FMC’s sustainability programs, as well as executing a pilot project with external partners to understand FMC’s supply chain logistics carbon footprint.




    • Work with the Sustainability Engineer to assist with FMC’s data collection processes and methodologies and provide support for integrating operations, business practice and innovation data from newly acquired sites.
    • Provide support developing and delivering FMC’s annual sustainability report toolkit, including editing and information gathering and website development for internal and external audiences
    • Work with external partners and the Sustainability Analyst to complete the Logistics Emissions, Accounting and Reporting Network pilot project. Using information gleaned from this project develop new baseline of FMC Agricultural Solutions’ North America supply chain logistics greenhouse gas emissions. This will include review of current data supplied from procurement team and review of EPA SmartWay Shipper program guidance.
    • Additional responsibilities as necessary, including but not limited to: support internal communications and event planning, develop and edit content for CDP (formerly Carbon Disclosure Project), assist with sales team sustainability training

    Required Education


    Currently enrolled student in business, sciences, engineering or other sustainability-related field, B.A. or B.S. preferred





    ·         Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to work within a small dedicated team while influencing and communicating across geographies and businesses

    ·         Demonstrated analytical capabilities including data collection and aggregation

    ·         Effective written communications (especially sustainability communications), including editing capabilities. Design or publication experience a plus

    ·         Excellent organizational skills and timeliness
