    As FMC continues its transformation into a Tier One Agricultural technology company, we are focused on recruiting talent and developing our employees to ensure that FMC has a diverse and deep talent pool to drive and sustain our growth. With the future in mind, FMC is building a center-led Talent Management team. We have an opportunity for an experienced and energized individual to join our vibrant team as Regional Talent Management lead.   This position is based in Singapore.


    Areas of responsibilities are in both Talent Acquisition and Learning & Organizational Development.


    This role sits at our regional center in Singapore and to be successful you must be skilled in partnering with senior management. You will function as key conduit between the talent management Center of Excellence (CoE) in Philadelphia and Regional HR Business Partners & Leaders. You will execute the center-led talent management strategy while consulting with HR and business leaders to incorporate region-specific needs. In this role, you will service as a resource to the HR team on core elements such as recruiting strategies, employer brand consistency, performance management, talent review, needs assessment, training and development planning.


    Talent Development:

    • Coordinate, regionalize, and execute Leadership & Professional Development training initiatives in the APAC region
    • Enable the annual talent review cycle through communication of key dates and deliverables, and support HR business partners in talent review sessions and roll up to corporate/functional talent reviews
    • Support and help drive Talent Actions/Outcomes from Talent Review
    • Champion change initiatives, reinforce communication, and advocate the development planning process

    Performance Management:

    • Train HR business partners on performance management processes
    • Support the HR Business partners in the execution of the performance management cycle

    Talent Acquisition: You will partner with the CoE and the APAC HR team to implement talent acquisition strategies

    • Ensure global talent acquisition framework is translated into regional and country-level implementation plans including any legal or compliance requirements
    • Provide regional/local perspective on labor markets, recruiting channels, talent pools, and competitive landscape to the CoE
    • Partner with HR managers, recruiters and Business leaders, to align on appropriate channels (print media, digital platforms etc.) to promote FMC’s job postings and employer brand  
    • Establish method to collect and report on regional performance against center-led talent acquisition metrics
    • Steward open position management process by partnering with local HR teams

    Functional Competencies:

    • HR Subject Matter & Talent Management Expertise: Experienced in the core Talent Management functions including Recruiting, Interviewing, Hiring, Performance Management and Learning and Development.
    • Analytics & Insights: Leverages data from multiple sources to analyze and understand key business trends and patterns; uses analytics and insights to drive key changes or interventions.
    • Program & Project Management: Manages the delivery of business -aligned projects; ensures field ready implementation.
    • Business Partnership: Develops strong partnering relationship with HR and colleagues by building trust, and having insight into the business’ drivers and needs.

    Required Education

     Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred


    •    Minimum 10 years experience in HR with 6+ years in talent management in a global company   

    •    Strong business proficiency in English

    •    Strong project management skills

    •    Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills

    •    Ability to build collaborative, trustworthy relationships across functions and geographies

    •    Organizational astuteness and agility

    •    Good analytical and deductive reasoning skills
