    Overview

     

    The overall mission of the Global Learning and Development (L&D) Department is to develop and prepare employees to successfully carry out the mission of the organization, provide employees with tools and resources to enhance their development and increase their growth, development, engagement and retention.

     

    Responsibilities

     

    The Global Talent Management Internship with FMC will include a series of Global Talent Management projects to possibly include:

    • Coordinate events & meetings associated with Core Leadership Programs and other global training activities
    • Research and lead efforts on new competencies project
    • Research and lead efforts of virtual e-learning and other blended learning solutions
    • Assist in research and design on a “New Managers” boot camp
    • Coordinate Provide general human resources & recruiting support to our Global Talent Management team
    • Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, developing reports, project coordination, processing documents, preparing orientation folders, spreadsheet tracking
    • Assist with special projects and other HR duties as assigned

    The internship will last approximately 3 months. This internship will be located at our headquarters in Philadelphia, PA

     

    Required Education

     

    • 1st year Masters’ Degree student in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development/Organizational Psychology, Business, Management, Psychology or related degree
    • Will consider undergraduate Student in Senior year, enrolled in bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development/Organizational Psychology, Business, Management, Psychology or related degree

    • Ability to work independently and with the team
    • The candidate must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Commitment to work safely and provide excellent customer service
    • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
    • Experience conducting research and summarizing results/suggestions
    • Personal computing skills include MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
    • Experience with SuccessFactors, Succession Planning, Diversity & Inclusion &/or Leadership Development a plus
