    Overview

    The HR Specialist, Workforce Analytics supports the transformation of our people analytics capability as we transition to become more proactive with our strategic people reporting and analytics. This role will Support ‘end-to-end’ reporting solutions, from data preparation to report design and analysis. Strong data background is essential (SQL knowledge, data mining techniques, , etc.)

    Responsibilities

    • Maximize reporting efficiencies to enable timely and effective analysis of operational results.
    • Develop usable and sustainable databases from segregated sources to support reporting and analsyis
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and data processes. (Working knowledge of Tableau desired.)
    • Develop high impact visualizations that convey meaningful information and insights based on a wide spectrum of people driven metrics in areas such as turnover, attraction, development, engagement, cost management, and retention
    • Apply statistical methods to identify key correlations among performance metrics and people factors.
    • Proactively search out opportunities for operational improvement through analysis of trends and report to customers in an organized, easily understood format.
    • On-going tracking, reporting and analysis of trends in key operating areas with established performance benchmarks.
    • Manipulate and analyze large data sets to distill insights connect disparate ideas into cohesive messaging
    • Partner with the other Centers of Excellence of HR (e.g. Compensation, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition) to provide analytical expertise in measuring the effectiveness of HR programs
    • Interpret and provide recommendations based on data structures, HR systems and predictive models to help support talent and business decisions

    Required Education

    • BA / BS in Finance, Accounting, HR and/or Business Administration or equivalent experience

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 3-5 years work experience conducting quantitative people analysis in a corporate environment, including working with stakeholders to understand and clarify their people analytical needs, and communicating insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Must have outstanding problem‐solving capabilities, including the ability to clearly define problems, collect data from primary and secondary sources, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and influence others to implement recommendations
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Knowledge of SAP and/or SuccessFactors reporting and data modeling preferred
    • Knowledge of and proficiency with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) strongly preferred
