    FMC Corporation has an opening for a Financial Analyst to help drive global transfer pricing execution, and reporting management. The Financial Analyst will be a member of FMC’s Global transfer pricing group and work on all aspects of operational transfer pricing. The ideal candidate must be comfortable partnering through-out the organization to develop and promote the setting, monitoring and adjusting of transfer prices. Accordingly, the Financial Analyst will directly liaise with regional finance professionals to provide transfer pricing guidance on intercompany transactions and collaborate effectively with applicable key stakeholders.


    • Review and analyze P&L forecasts from all global subsidiaries within FMC. The qualified candidate should have the ability to: 1) provide in-depth explanation of results, 2) synthesize data to identify key business drivers and 3) coordinate analysis across different functions, business areas and locations. Assess the quality of inputs, generate insightful outputs and communicate effectively to decision makers.
    • Liaise with local financial leads from FMC’s global subsidiaries and develop a strong understanding and knowledge of local market financial activities and resulting implications to transfer prices.
    • Consolidate and manipulate large amounts of data sourced from multiple systems, including different sources of data (systems). Aligned with Management Report and FP&A group.
    • Monitor financial performance; explain variances to budgets, forecasts, prior year and long-range plans. Prepare and present consolidated reports to management as appropriate. Understand root causes of variances, work proactively with staff, business areas and global functions to institutionalize improvements on forecasting.
    • Improve and maintain efficient legal entity forecasting and transfer pricing processes across FMC, recommend process improvements and identify opportunities to develop a better forecast and monitor model.

    Required Education

    Must have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance


    • Minimum of 2-4 years relevant experience in financial role in a similar type of industry.
    • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and a solid understanding of accounting.
    • Self-starter who is results and improvement-oriented. Ability to take initiative, work independently or as a member of team, and report back at milestones.
    • Excellent computer skills with SAP experience and knowledge, on FI-CO and BI modules preferred.
    • Solid written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong project management capabilities with the ability to effectively navigate through a large matrix organization.
    • Excellent organization skills, documentation and tracking for audit and compliance purposes. Must be detail oriented, can prioritize and multi-task with minimal guidance, and can work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Broad capabilities using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
