    As Senior Manager, Global Compensation, you will enjoy companywide visibility as you support our business and corporate functions globally. It will be your responsibility to fully evaluate compensation programs and make an impact working in conjunction with the businesses and HR partners.

    As a member of the corporate compensation team, you will work closely with the Director of Total Rewards and the Compensation Director in leading the annual compensation processes globally


    • Assures proper evaluation of jobs through executive levels, applying the Hay benchmark/evaluation model and market pricing techniques. Provides guidance in development of job descriptions for new, changed positions and assures internal equity across businesses/locations. Provides benchmarking and competitive insight to HR partners and line business leaders by monitoring competitive trends in compensation.
    • Leads the Sales Incentive Plan program globally, including the target setting process, communication materials and results payout process, with strong involvement of the regional COE leads and corporate finance.
    • Ownership of systems enhancements and communication materials for annual compensation merit, incentive and equity processes. Designs and delivers training for regional COE and HRBPs as required.
    • Manages Long Term Incentive grant process, including system and reporting requirements, grant agreements, and interface with treasury, finance and Fidelity stock plan services.
    • Contributes to design, implementation and administration of annual incentive & other variable pay programs aligned to business strategy. Identifies market trends in variable compensation and recommends changes to eligibility to maintain competitiveness.
    • Works with Region COE to review and recommend local salary structures and annual structure movement, considering appropriate industry data, local market competitiveness and job benchmarks.
    • Partners with FMC global regions to ensure consistency of global compensation philosophy and policy.
    • Designs and delivers communications on rewards programs in partnership with region total rewards and corporate talent management COE.
    • Assists compensation director with executive compensation and special studies, including data preparation for annual Proxy, board meeting materials, Long Term Incentive grants, and annual incentive payouts for executives.

    Required Education

    Bachelors Degree, advanced business degree preferred


    • 10+ years of HR/compensation experience including job evaluation, market pricing, base pay structure design, and incentive plan design with 5 years experience at the manager level preferred. The successful candidate should be results–oriented and have the ability to manage multiple projects
    • SAP HCM experience is preferred.
    • Bachelors Degree, advanced degree preferred. Strong influencing and communication skills required
    • Good analytic skills, ability to analyze, synthesize and draw conclusions from the data is key. High degree of attention to detail.
    • Current knowledge regarding Compensation policies and programs to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met at the federal, state, and local levels;
    • Proven ability to work well in a team environment; able to build and maintain strong client relationships and influence as appropriate
    • Expert Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
    • Experience with Executive Compensation is a plus
    • Experience with Hay job evaluation system a plus
