FMC's Technical Engineering Development Program is designed to develop the next generation of engineering leaders and technical subject matter experts in our organization. Through the program, individuals will complete core fundamental trainings and reinforce learnings through execution of assigned projects. Program participants will have the opportunity to develop fundamental skills in the areas of occupational and process safety, engineering design principals, new product introductions, continuous improvement, and will gain knowledge of technical tools and software.
The duration of the program is approximately 18 months, and will require 50% travel and may require relocation for special assignments. Upon completion of the program, participants will be well positioned for a variety of full time roles and development opportunities in production and technical career paths.
