    Overview

    We are looking for an HR Intern to work in our Global Talent Management team. The focus areas include Co-op program management, onboarding and providing general HR project support. This is a great opportunity to get exposure to a vibrant organization and to get relevant experience in several key areas of HR.

    Responsibilities

    Co-op Program Management and Talent Acquisition

      • Manage the co-op posting process with Drexel University; from role descriptions, to posting positions and reviewing resumes with hiring managers.
      • Facilitate the interview process with hiring managers, HR and Drexel University.
      • Responsible for managing and leading all logistics associated with the co-op program; setting up lunch & learns, site visits, and managing all event coordination and communication.
      • Create offer letters, and assist in onboarding of all co-op students
      • Continue building FMC’s brand at Drexel University, reaching out to build our pipeline for diversity hires.

    HR Project Support

      • Will work with the Talent Management team on projects that serve an organizational need to various client groups.

    Required Education

    • Working towards completion of a Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related degree

    Qualifications

    • Strong interest in talent acquisition and program management
    • Self-starter, with a drive for results
    • Excellent organization skills and keen attention to detail
    • Collaborative with excellent written and oral communication skills, and proactively connect with program partners
