The major responsibility areas for the Market Research Analyst role include: (1) present findings through impactful reports, presentations and digital tools for the Leadership, Marketing and Sales teams; (2) perform ad hoc and periodic research and analysis on various data sources to identify and address business challenges and market opportunities; (3) recommend potential action steps and additional research opportunities with a focus on customer needs.
This role will report directly into the Business Intelligence Manager.
