    Overview

    This is a newly created role in our North America business. This position will work with the Retail Market Managers to support facilitation of requests from their customers. 

    Responsibilities

    • Will provide customer support virtually through phone, email, website, and social media
    • Internal FMC Customer Support
    • A pivot person for any sales related inquiries for FMC US Crop Commercial Team
    • Will be responsible for seeking out and identifying SME (Subject Matter Experts) to provide necessary feedback to incoming requests.
    • A single point resource for FMC’s external customers information or action needs
    • A support function to specific FMC RMM’s requiring assistance
    • A general contact for direct inquiries from customers or potential customers
    • A proactive project based effort on key identified initiative which may be customer, territory, or segment/product based
    • Initial project focus to be reactive and (as needed) proactive response to customer or internal inquiries regarding the redemption and reconciliation of 2018 FMC Freedom Pass program
    • Initiate efforts to support specific sales results throughout US crop
    • Prioritizing, goal setting and metrics driven skills to deliver desired results

    Required Education

    College graduate with a focus on business

    Qualifications

    • Experience either as multiple year intern or 2-5 years previous employment in Ag business
    • Strong basic and growing knowledge of the Ag Industry
    • Strong personal skills with strength in communication both face to face and virtually
    • Functional level computer and social media system skills
    • Position located in Philadelphia with limited remote activity (approx. 10% travel)
    • Willingness to commit to 2-year developmental program preparing for future role within FMC
      • Commitment will include initial focus on this role with remainder of 2 years gaining additional experience in other functions of FMC located out of Philadelphia, PA or Newark, DE.
    • Willingness to relocate at conclusion of 2-year introductory program.
