The FMC Global Strategic Marketing organization is looking for a dynamic, insightful, experienced marketing leader who wants to help shape and drive our expansive Herbicide Portfolio, including bringing new compounds to markets around the world. The Global Portfolio Manager leads a team of Global Product Managers responsible for the strategic management of the FMC Herbicide Portfolio, integrating critical strategic aspects including development, regulatory, production, supply and marketing, to achieve successful commercialization and life-cycle management of customer-focused offerings. The Global Portfolio Manager interacts with global, regional, and key country leadership and participates in the key business planning and product innovation processes, leading to the development and implementation of an integrated Herbicide Portfolio strategic growth plan.
Ideally, this position is located at The Tower in Philadelphia, PA but considerations may be given to other locations, e.g. Toronto, Canada.
B.S. / B.A. degree in marketing, business management or agronomy required with at least 15 years of experience or MBA / M.S. degree with at least 10 years of experience
